DUE TO CURRENT PANDEMIC, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY PRODUCT BACK IN OUR STORE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE TO US. IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MERCHANDISE. We hope to resume our normal policy as soon as possible.
All returnable items may be EXCHANGED ONLY. We do not issue refunds. We can only offer an exchange in person at our Boutique within FIVE days of purchase. Items must be free of odors, must be unworn, unused and in its original condition. For online purchases, you MUST email us before you send anything back firstname.lastname@example.org.
Online Orders: All returned items must be back to our warehouse within 7 business days of the customer receiving the order. Anything received to our warehouse after 7 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will need to call to pay for it to be shipped back to you. If the denied return is not claimed within 30 days, it will be donated to charity. All Returnable items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not issue refunds. We do not cover any shipping costs, customers are responsible for shipping costs. If you return items that are not approved for exchange, are not in original condition, have distinct smells, odors or makeup, we will not approve the exchange. You are responsible for getting your items back. You need to call 480-590-0196 to pay for it to be shipped back to you.
Exchanges: We can only offer an exchange in person at our Boutique within 5 days of purchase. We cannot offer an exchange online because we cannot guarantee your size will be in stock by the time you return it to us. We have a very large selection of products, making everything come and go very quickly. You will be given a code online to exchange your items if approved. In store, you must exchange that day only, if an approved item is returned,
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: There are certain items that cannot be returned such as clearance or sale items, bralettes/bras/bandeaus, hair accessories including hats/headwraps/beanies, undergarments, socks, and all jewelry.
Due to hygienic purposes there will be no exceptions on these items.
Items returned after the 5 days allotted in store or 7 days from online receipt will not be accepted. Items returned not in the original condition will not be processed for change. You are responsible for your items.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be returned.
Damaged Items: If you believe you have a damaged item, you have 3 days, including weekends,to contact us about the damage. Do not send the item back. Email email@example.com with a description and pictures of the damage.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7084 E. 5th Avenue, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. Do not return product without contacting us first via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying for return shipping if you are exchanging items on an approved exchange.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
