All returnable items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not issue refunds. You will receive a dedicated code to use online once your return has been approved and processed. You can also use this code in store at our Boutique on 5th Avenue or our Mobile Boutique.
Exchanges: We can only offer an exchange in person at our Boutique within 5 days of purchase. We cannot offer an exchange online because we cannot guarantee your size will be in stock by the time you return it to us. We have a very large selection of products, making everything come and go very quickly!
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: There are certain items that cannot be returned such as clearance items, bralettes/bras/bandeaus, hair accessories including hats/headwraps/beanies, undergarments, socks, and all jewelry.
Due to hygienic purposes there will be no exceptions on these items.
Items returned after the 5 days allotted will not be accepted. Items returned not in the original condition will not be returned.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Damaged Items: If you believe you have a damaged item, you have 3 days, including weekends,to contact us about the damage. Do not send the item back. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and pictures of the damage.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3224 E Ray Road, #346, Higley, AZ 85236.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
