Eligible merchandise can be returned for IN STORE OR ONLINE CREDIT ONLY. All eligible items can be returned for in store or online credit if unworn, in new condition, free of odors and wear. Bodysuits, active wear, jewelry, shoes, hair accessories, Bralette’s and Shoes are all FINAL SALE. If returning an online order, you are responsible for shipping fees. You MUST receive a Return Authorization Code before returning your merchandise. DO NOT RETURN YOUR MERCHANDISE without receiving this RA code, as we will not be responsible for your item should it not be an approved return. Our inventory changes quickly, unfortunately we can not offer exchanges online-all eligible returns will receive an online credit.




Damaged Items: If you believe you have a damaged item, you have 24 Hours, including weekends, from delivery date to contact us about the damage. Do not send the item back. Email customerservice@shoprollingrack.com with a description and pictures of the damage.
