We accept returns postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date, or 14 days from purchase date if purchased in store ( you can ship back in store purchases). Anything received over 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied you will need to call and have it shipped back to you. If the denied return is not claimed within 30 days it will be donated to charity. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have the tags attached and/or be in original packaging. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional box if shipping back. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return. Final Sale Items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. We do not cover any return shipping costs, customers are responsible for their own return shipping.
All returnable items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not issue refunds. You will receive a dedicated code to use online once your return has been approved and processed. You can also use this code in store at our Boutique.
Exchanges: We can only offer an exchange in person at our Boutique within 14 days of purchase. We cannot offer an exchange online because we cannot guarantee your size will be in stock by the time you return it to us. We have a very large selection of products, making everything come and go very quickly!
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: There are certain items that cannot be returned such as clearance items, bralettes/bras/bandeaus, hair accessories including hats/headwraps/beanies, undergarments, socks, and all jewelry.
Due to hygienic purposes there will be no exceptions on these items.
Items returned after the 14 days allotted will not be accepted. Items returned not in the original condition will not be returned.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Damaged Items: If you believe you have a damaged item, you have 3 days, including weekends,to contact us about the damage. Do not send the item back. Email email@example.com with a description and pictures of the damage.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
