ELIGIBLE ITEMS PURCHASED FROM NOV 15TH-DEC 24TH WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT THROUGH JANUARY 25TH.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, RRB will be happy to offer an exchange on your merchandise as long as the items are in their original sellable condition (certain restrictions apply) and are accompanied with receipt. Many items are final sale items such as special occasion dresses, and specialty garments. Activewear and hair accessories and shoes are all also final sale. Please ask is before your purchase if you are unsure by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org
Eligible Returns accompanied by an original receipt within 15 days of purchase will be issued a store credit. Tags must be attached to the garments, and garments must be free of odors, stains and wear. Special Occasion Dresses and Other Special Items are not eligible for exchange or credit.
Swimwear and undergarments may not be returned or exchanged. Pierced jewelry (earrings) may not be returned or exchanged.
Designated Special Occasion Items will be final sale.
All Sale and Clearance Items will be Final Sale.
Holiday Specific Items (such as holiday themed graphic tees, home decor, candles, jewelry, etc.) may not be returned or exchanged.
Items returned with no proof of purchase will not be accepted for return or exchange.
